Building a trusting and compassionate connection is the heart of change and healing. I would love to walk you through that process each step along the way. I have experience treating youth, adults, couples and families and a passion for helping them navigate through difficult times, transitions, and changes. I have helped children with typical development concerns, anxiety/depression, special needs, medical diagnoses, psychosomatic complaints, and their caregivers with support and parenting. I help adults with treating new or ongoing anxiety/depression and assisting with managing relational issues, grief, medical conditions, psychosomatic concerns, and life transitions/changes. I view therapy through a few key approaches, including a bio-psycho-social model which examines the interconnectedness of our life experiences, relationships, and physical wellbeing. I also am influenced by attachment theory which focuses on the impact of early relationships on present interactions. Together we will help you reach your goals for therapy.
